Stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts and Rodney had me feeling like I walked into a NASCAR pit crew instead of a parts store—dude knew exactly what I needed before I even finished explaining it. Got me in and out quick and somehow made me feel like I actually knew what I was doing.
