I rented,living room, laundry room, bedroom, and a 50 inch flat screen. I got hurt at work, and Brian has kept my furniture in my house while I've been hurt. I will never buy furniture anywhere else. Great people for real.

I don't recommend this store! Very unique costumer experience the Manger has as he likes to talk to people like they are beneath him! I order a mattress from them online on February 22 and that expectedly was Great but from the day I tried to contact the Manger at Florence Mall store it has been very very disappointing. He lied after telling me I had a week to wait(while in fact it was listed as a fast delivery in stock)item he went on to call me a liar and then said he was canceling my order and refund ing my money!I have not got my refund either! I've made 5 complaints about him to their customers service who by the way are very nice but can only take the notes. to no avail. They say their GM will call but he never does! I've called corporate and am awaiting a reply. I pride myself on Customer service bc I worked at CVG for 19 years so I'm patient with people. THEY NEED TO SEND A DIFFERENT message to their customers, and send their Manger to more training. Don't go to this place if you value your sanity. Rent a center is a much better group of individuals and want your business! They show it! At the very least they could deliver your merchandise when they say!!

I love the new location on Mall Road! It looks great, sounds great, even smells great in there. I recommend checking them out for any of your furniture, appliance, or electronic needs.

If there was a way to make this zero stars, that would of been my choice. John, who made a point to tell me he is the GM when I asked for his supervisor; as if his position gives him the power to treat customers how he feels, completely killed any future chance of doing business with any Aaron's. He is rude, condensing, and should look for a career that does not involve customer interaction. Snide remarks, rude comments when I asked questions about my account because everyone tells me a different thing, and belittling someone when they comment about how their account keeps changing from twice a month, to bi-weekly is not best practice while running a business. This is my third time being a repeat customer at the establishment and I will not be returning for a fourth.

This place is a joke and should be shutdown and sued for inflated prices they sell u used junk for brand new items for 3× what it's worth recently had a washer dryer set and nothing but problems with it they sent a tech the last time and told me they wouldn't be back to fix it cause it was already paid off I will be filing a complaint to the bbb about them and their rude customer service and so called managers that work there won't be back

90 percent of my exp with this company has been a blast. Until the newport location closed. Recently moved to the florence/Erlanger location and everything I call the lady who answers sounds rude. As a returning customer that should never be the case. I have never missed a payment and have been loyal since 2021.

12 years as a customer. John at the Florence location has totally destroyed my relationship with this company. He is condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Ordered a new living room while I had a sectional and they took the sectional a week before the new delivery, then proceeds to state we damaged it but refuse to show us pictures. I call corporate and ask for a manager to call me, 5 calls later and still no call. Call today to check on my delivery for tomorrow, meanwhile a family of 8 have been sitting on the floor with no couch, and says his “manager” told him to call us tomorrow to let us know we would not be getting the new set. I have paid off numerous items with this location, and I’m 75 percent almost paid off with 2 different appliances. I feel as if my thousands of dollars and my loyalty mean nothing to Aaron’s. I will be also making a complaint with the bbb. I expect a phone call from a manager as I have requested numerous times to rectify this situation. Or I will continue to tell my story across multiple platforms until I am heard.

Use to have a good experience with this place I told them to get my washer and dryer and they are trying to take a tv that was paid off per they last supervisor then the people picking stuff up yesterday said I flipped out when conversation went as followed no it’s paid off I’m giving that back and he said ok that was it stay away if you can I agree with other people John does not know how to talk to people
