“Called Reser about a bike I was interested in, but I didn’t know the size I needed. They built me two so I could test ride both.
I drove up from Louisville and was disappointed to learn my research had failed me and the product I was expecting was not the product I was getting, I would’ve need to buy the next trim model up for the missing feature.
Definitely not their fault and despite this, the guys at the shop were super patient with me while I test rode, weighed my options, and made a decision that ultimately ended with me leaving with the same bike I came for.
11/10 shop, next time I’m not going to spend so much time researching I’m just going to go in there, ask the experts, and buy lol”
“Took my son’s mountain bike in for a small repair Saturday morning . The staff worked on the bike while I was there and made some adjustments to the cables. 10 minutes later bike was fixed and they told me no charge. Wonderful people. Happy 10 year old with a fixed bike. Thanks!”
“I needed help putting my ebike together and the Garage OTR was the only place willing to do it. Very knowledgeable. They put it together, answered any questions I had an even delivered it to me. “Montgomery Cyclery makes me want to buy things in person again. I'm so used to buying online, but going to a place with experts was truly better.I went to this location for a fix, and it was so easy to work with them. While I was there, I was also looking at kids' bikes and they gave me specialized advice about how to transition a tall child who is an inexperienced rider to a better bike. It was a simple thing, but honestly, customer service is so tough these days that when you find an example of genuine friendlessness, it's refreshing. 10/10 would recommend.”
