About Cold Chain Integrity

Cold Chain Integrity is known for its efficient loading process, often allowing drivers to be loaded well before their scheduled appointment times. Despite some delays in getting into the dock, most experiences are positive, with respectful staff and quick service. The facility has three different buildings, which can be a little confusing, but clear signage helps guide deliveries. Overnight parking is available behind the last building, adding convenience for drivers. While some reviews mention longer wait times of around 2 to 4 hours, overall, the atmosphere is friendly, and many appreciate the quick loading and unloading capabilities. Many drivers have returned multiple times, reflecting a generally good experience at Cold Chain Integrity.
