Very fast loadings, got loaded 12 hrs BEFORE my appointment. Overnight parking in back.3 different buildings made pickup a little confusing but still a good experience

It has like 3 different buildings, I was delivering frozen, big signs an top of buildings so u know where to go, overnight parking all the way in back of the last building, fast unloading and opens at 6am

Becareful of weight make sure u scale your load my weight was only 22,000 and I got an over weight violation ain't no way the weight was correct on bol lesson learned

I’ve been here several times for pick up an average time for pick up is about 2-3 hours each time within appointment time, but unfortunately at this time I’ve been here over four hours and their excuse was they backed up for whatever reason and that’s not bad at all.

I have been to each building (2 pick ups) in the last 2 weeks. Once for Domino's in Bldg B and once for Kroger in Bkdg A. Showed up 2 hours early both times with my trailer pre-cooled and got loaded immediately. You can park on site, though I've never needed it. Super nice people in both buildings. They deserve 10 stars!!

1 star for overnight parking the whit guy with 150 gallon of stomach that works at receiving is very rude
