“My favorite LGS, always a great selection of paints and modeling supplies and a welcoming environment for games and events. The table fee is reasonable and if enough is purchased the table fee is waved”

“Owner, Mike, is very nice and friendly. His coworker is also very nice, both are knowledgeable in sports related facts, my husband loves to go and talk with them; worth the drive from Dayton”

“The owners and employees are friendly and helpful. They specialize in comics (and do so extremely well!), but also have space and inventory devoted to RPG's, CCG's, and boardgames. Whether you're looking to collect or play, Comic Book World will welcome you.”

“Osborne Coinage Co. makes some of the finest products that I have ever laid my hands on. I am a humble member of the Barlow Bearcat Club & the coins that they minted for us are stellar. They are in "Proof" quality & if you know anything about coinage, you understand that proof coins are the finest quality of coins produced. They are meticulously produced in small numbers and handled to a specific set of guidelines, which ensures the highest quality standard for coins. To make what they made & to do it in the time they did is almost unimaginable, if I am being honest. This speaks volumes to their unwavering dedication to quality and customer service. If you are interested in getting some custom coinage produced, look no further because this is your company.”

“My first visit to Knit On! was a success! They have such a huge selection here, a whole room of your natural fibers (like wool or cotton) and another room of acrylic and baby yarns. I was amazed at the selection given I am a beginner and have only shopped at Michael's Crafts for yarn. It's clear the yarns are high quality but they have some at every price point which is great. This place is so much better than the big box store where I've had a hard time finding a selection of wool yarn and things like safety eyes. Knit On! had everything I'd ever need for a project and a lot for inspiration too. There were some baby lovey kits and kits for scarves and other fun creations. There are cute pins and jewelry too! I liked how it was all well organized. The proprietor Nancy helped me and was very kind. She showed me where everything is and let me browse as I pleased. She also wound my yarn into a cake/ball for me and let me know they offer knitting lessons if I'd ever like to try! I enjoyed the visit and will definitely return for any special or nice project I want to make.”

“Had a poster framed and matted with great care, attention to detail with color scheme. Had an issue with it (which may be my fault) and fixed me up freeze of charge. Not to mention I saved $100 for the job. Would use for the service again!”

“Aside from our political differences, I did buy gift cards for a crafty granddaughter for Christmas. I also picked up some serving spoons for my daughter. They do have just about anything a crafter or hobbies wants. So if you need it quickly this place or Michael’s is a good bet. Otherwise, shop on line!”

“The one and only place I will go to in Cincinnati for buying and selling precious metals. The owners (Brad and Mike) have an incredibly vast amount of knowledge regarding coins and currency and the prices they buy at and sell to you is more than fair (and incredibly transparent). I even take our 3 young children there from time to time and Brad and Mike couldn't be any more kind and patient with them as they peruse the collection. Coins Plus is (some pun intended) truly the gold standard for coin shops in Cincy.”

“I'm not a coin collector so I can only speak of my boyfriends experience and he does s fair amount of trading and buying there. He's never complained about them. He has a positive experience each time.”

“I like to buy my halloween candy here. Sometimes they have cases of really neat stuff that nobody else is passing out in our neighborhood. They also usually have lots of Star Wars stuff. I just wish that they had longer store hours.”

“I had such a great experience here. I came in on a whim looking for paint but not knowing exactly what I needed. The salesperson was very nice and listened to my needs. He then recommended several options and helped me make the right choice. I am extremely satisfied with the help I received.”

“Superb place! As a custom painter, detailer and kitbasher this place is the ultimate hobby shop....can't stand RTR, this place is for the True modeler and not the out of box people....will certainly be back!”

“Michael's on Glenway Ave. proved to be a wonderful resource for framing my cherished, sentimental paintings. After inheriting two pieces from my aunt, both needing new frames after 60+ years, I was overwhelmed. Don at Michael's was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the selection process with expertise and understanding. He truly grasped the sentimental value of the artwork. The framing was completed on time, as promised, and the finished results are stunning. The paintings have been given new life, and I couldn't be happier with the service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Michael's, and especially Don, for anyone looking for quality framing with a personal touch.”

“I consistently order and pick up in store at this location. The workers are amazing and so nice. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of items in store. I think this is because the location is small. They do have quite a bit but not all genres in store. However, its always well organized and clean.”

“Very nice staff. Store is pretty organized and clean. I'm not crazy about the area/shopping center though. There were a number of questionable people loitering throughout the parking lot. It made me uncomfortable to leave my car out there and to walk to and from. The store was fine though and everyone inside was very friendly.”

“So other than a couple super specific things that they don’t carry and I wish they would (i.e., metal sectional frames, canvas stretchers, blank stencil sheets, Montana spray paints) they have a great selection for most every crafty project you can think of. I usually go in with a purpose to pick up something or other, and leave with that along with supplies for at least two or three new hobbies. The absolute best kept secret is the “practice/ooops/abandoned/sample sale” frames in the back of the custom framing area (on the wall by the work table and employee work area) - they sell these professionally made custom frames for just $8 apiece *regardless of the size.* While there are no guarantees as to what they’ll have in rotation at any given time, I have picked up some downright massive high-quality frames as well as several matched sets for next to nothing on multiple occasions. The app is a good source of rewards and discounts, especially if you’re an educator, veteran, or first responder. Can also be worth swinging through the kid section for less expensive versions of certain craft supplies.”

“Love this shop! Prices are competitive and they have a huge variety. The men there are coin encyclopedias. My purchase there was as inexpensive as the cheapest online retailers.”

“My son & I were sent here from the Glencrossing Way location recently. My son wanted to sell some of his video games & also buy another one (Madden 24). I know inventory listed online isn't always accurate, but he wanted a new copy & 1 was listed as available & actually listed as being less expensive than a used copy. The Glencrossing Way location also confirmed it was available at this location before we left. We arrived around 5 minutes later & although my son was able to sell all of his games, we were told that the new, less expensive game wasn't available. I suppose that's possible but it continued to show up online as being available at this location for some time. He did end up getting a used, more expensive copy. Other than that, we had a decent experience.”
