About Payless Car Rental
Payless Car Rental is known for its honest and top-notch customer service, providing excellent vehicles at reasonable rates. Customers are generally very happy with their experiences, praising the simple check-in and return process. However, some have reported long wait times due to a minimal staff serving multiple rental agencies. Additionally, customers are advised to be cautious when booking online, as it can be easy to accidentally select unwanted insurance options that may be difficult to refund.

I love this location for car rental. Did not need to leave airport. Car pickup and drop center in the airport terminal. Great experience renting and returning vehicle.

Our rental car smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and had not been thoroughly cleaned before we picked it up. Car drove and ran fine but little care was put into cleanliness. No bueno.
