And the vehicle I received was simply the best. I absolutely loved that vehicle for its tech and safety features mostly, but it was nice that it had some get up and go as well! “Used this Avis as an Avis preferred member a few times for business and has always been great. Buses to and from the airport are frequent and quick and last time, they upgraded me from an intermediate car to an SUV! Thanks Avis.”
“Great upgrade! We reserved a minivan for six adults and luggage, but it wasn't available at pickup, so we were given a 2026 Chevy Tahoe instead. It was incredibly comfortable with plenty of legroom and USB ports for everyone. Although the final cost was higher than the base rate due to insurance and extra fees, it still averaged only $30 per person per day including gas. Sharing one spacious SUV was much cheaper and easier than driving two personal vehicles!”

“Wonderful to work with in a crisis! When the hurricane is on its way and everything is closing, they were there. I had rented it at the airport when I flew in…flight cancelled a few hours before I was to return the car! I called to see if I could keep the car to drive to home in Ohio. No problem, additional cost expected, but now I have other family with me that flew separately from Indianapolis. I must have had several destination changes as we sorted everything out! Car is now in Indianapolis international safe and sound and so are we! I will not own a Nissan Kicks. But that’s on Nissan not car rental company!”

“Rented a Honda Odyssey for an 8 day trip with 6 adult women. Experience was excellent throughout from seamless pick up and delivery to comfort of the minivan and ability to fit all of our luggage in the trunk area. All seats were comfortable including 3rd row. Definitely recommend National and the Honda Odyssey.”
