“My experience with National Flag Company was nothing less than stellar. I live way out in the county my job was going to be a small one compared to most I am sure. I thought it would be next to impossible to find someone professional to do the installation .After much research online I called National and was quite surprised that they would be more than happy to do the installation. “We reached out to Jimmy to letter one of our work vans. Scheduled the installation and we had to cancel the appointment 3 times due to not being able to drop the van off due to needing the van for service calls. Each time Jimmy was more than understanding and worked with us to accommodate our hectic schedule due to being a Heating and Air company. About 3 hours after we dropped the van off Jimmy reached out to let us know it was ready to be picked up. Fast , Professional , Family business !!! Love supporting local family businesses. “We had an urgent need to order a sign at the last minute and called the FedEx Turfway Road location in Florence KY. Thankfully, Kerry answered for customer service and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful, walked us through the process and made it happen for us even though it was a big rush. When I went to pick up my sign, it was perfect. “From the start I new I had chosen properly. Initially the staff were very helpful in taking me through the design phase, answering questions and turning my idea into a real design. It was also extremely helpful that they have the ability to do the design stuff in house instead of others that just as for a picture and you get what you get.The level of communication and quick response to questions from both sides is a great quality they have that you don’t find in businesses today. This extended all the way through to the production team which kept me abreast of the status, to include providing pictures, and notifications of supply issues. I can’t say it enough, you just don’t find businesses and people of this standard today.”
