“My wife likes shopping there, but their clerks can be abrupt, and make sure they remember to apply discounts. Those are the biggest criticisms I hear. She find some tops and a reversible coat that she really likes.”
“Higher end consignment store.
Designer brands spread through out the store, very clean, staff was polite. Light music playing, overall a very nice store to shop.”
“This shop is alot of fun to go into. There are a variety of different and fun things to look at along with vintage items. Wendy does a beautiful job in refinishing furniture...and more. My husband and I took in an old potato bin. She painted it and decoupaged it...she did an amazing job and was so helpful in her suggestions. I highly recommend her shop and her skills and talents.”
“What an absolutely amazing place! If you’re a fan of vintage clothing of any kind, you MUST check this place out! The prices are great, the selection is spectacular, and the staff are so knowledgeable.”
“I loved my experience here! Marcy was literally the best, and her curation of vintage pieces is phenomenal. This was the best vintage shopping we did in Cincinnati.”
“Absolutely phenomenal experience! This was the coolest place for me and my coworker/friend to shop and look at some really cool clothes, I even bought a few items! Pricing is similar to TJ Maxx or Ross for Vintage finds, often designer names.”
“Delightful shop with something for everyone. There are repurposed items, gifts for men, gear for Bengal and Highland Bluebird fans, antiques, seasonal decorations, Kentucky themes, wedding gifts. Every nook and cranny has something to cover all your gift needs.”
“I went there looking for a black coat and found exactly what I needed. I don't think that I would've paid more for it brand new, maybe a bit less, but it looks brand new, so I'm happy with my purchase. I saw another coat hanging up front that was really cute. Also, a lot of nice looking jewelry. I would go back for that, if nothing else.”
“Great spot for finding clothes or accessories with more character and charm than your average charity shop.
Kyle was great and helped my partner and I so much!”
“Had this vintage shop on my list of places to explore and it did not disappoint! I ended up buying a cute vintage sweater for $10, which felt like a steal. There was an overwhelming amount of products in this shop, but in a way that convinces you to not leave empty handed. I did enjoy browsing through the racks of clothes, but my arms were sore trying to browse through the racks of coats because of how packed and higher up they were. Other than that I would recommend stopping in if you're looking for vintage in the area.”
“Owners are smart young men trying to make a honest living. Vintage clothes adds a touch that majority of resell stores don't offer. PS5 Tournaments is a great addition to the store atmosphere.”

“Came in this last Sunday to look at some shirts. The owner is a very kind woman. Very helpful and offered to alter a shirt I would have otherwise not been able to purchase. Nice place. Love the little dog. Definitely be back”
“This organization once helped me with Christmas gifts for my daughter when I was having an extremely difficult time financially. The family that donated the gift really put a lot of effort into doing so. They were so thoughtful and I am eternally grateful.”
“I love all the Once Upon A Child locations but the Western Hills location is my favorite! I feel like the staff works very hard at what they do and they are always kind when I stop in. I love the organization and cleanliness at this location! Although I moved recently and I’m not as close to this location, I always try and stop in and see what treasures I can find when I am over this way!”
“Love dropping into this store as often as possible- best way to catch just the right thing. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. Had a great time yesterday at their "Bag Sale" - so much fun - especially with friends/family. It gets a little crazy by so much fun!”
