“Amazing service with exceptional prices for the amount of time and effort he puts in to fix what you bring in. Randy has tons of knowledge and is a very polite person. My 2002 Sansui tv/vhs combo was fixed after its speaker went bad and the screen had a spot on it. It took less than a week to get fixed. I will definitely be recommending Cardinal Electronics in Fairdale to my friends and family. Randy has my business from now on. Thank you Randy and Cindy.”

“I want to update my review because, despite my initial frustration, I truly appreciate the effort to make things right. The owner of Tech Restored reached out with genuine concern, acknowledged the miscommunication and mistakes on both sides, and asked for the chance to fix the situation. I gave them that opportunity, and while the experience started off rocky, the professionalism and care improved significantly, making the overall experience much better than before. I am thankful I trusted them enough to address my concerns, and Tech Restored demonstrated that they stand by their work. Customer service genuinely matters, and I value their willingness to make things right. The owner's taking the time to reach out showed me that this company truly cares about its customers and doing the right thing, even when no one was at fault. Knowing they stood by their word during my visit meant a great deal to me. I wish more businesses were as customer-oriented as they are. They are truly committed to serving the community. Thank you, and excellent job. I aimed to support small businesses within the community by personally delivering my product to them. Initially, the experience was quite positive; the young man I interacted with demonstrated professionalism, collected the payment, and commenced the installation process while they had possession of my product. I regularly checked for updates, but the process was repeatedly postponed. Ultimately, I received an email informing me that the installation could not be completed. When I visited to retrieve the product, I was informed that the cover was the wrong plate. I was disappointed, as the parts had never been opened. The product provided an upgrade with a kit, so I knew the plate was the correct one. Having installed them myself on two or three occasions, I was able to verify the correct plate which contradicted their claim. It would have been preferable if they had been transparent and communicated clearly that the issue was outside their scope or expertise. Instead, their lack of honesty about the reason for the failure was disheartening. I wish them continued success, and if I may offer advice, it would be to prioritize transparency with consumers and clients. Notwithstanding, the employees I interacted with were courteous and professional.”
