“I had an assurant claim for my broken phone screen. They told me since the phone was already going to be completely disassembled (I had a note 20 ultra) the would clean the speakers, charging port and all that for the discounted price of 20 bucks.
Not only did they get it all done in less than an hour, they did a fantastic job and my 7 year old phone looks brand new. Would definitely reccomend and I will be back.”

The owner of Tech Restored reached out with genuine concern, acknowledged the miscommunication and mistakes on both sides, and asked for the chance to fix the situation. I aimed to support small businesses within the community by personally delivering my product to them. Initially, the experience was quite positive; the young man I interacted with demonstrated professionalism, collected the payment, and commenced the installation process while they had possession of my product. I regularly checked for updates, but the process was repeatedly postponed. Ultimately, I received an email informing me that the installation could not be completed.
When I visited to retrieve the product, I was informed that the cover was the wrong plate. I was disappointed, as the parts had never been opened. The product provided an upgrade with a kit, so I knew the plate was the correct one. Having installed them myself on two or three occasions, I was able to verify the correct plate which contradicted their claim.
It would have been preferable if they had been transparent and communicated clearly that the issue was outside their scope or expertise. Instead, their lack of honesty about the reason for the failure was disheartening. I wish them continued success, and if I may offer advice, it would be to prioritize transparency with consumers and clients. Notwithstanding, the employees I interacted with were courteous and professional.”
“I took in some bulbs to be recycled and Kai was kind and more helpful than necessary- she helped me carry them in from the car. She knew the answer to all my questions and called another store to check on something for me without even asking. Trader Joes level of customer service!”

Our most recent repair, a CNC lathe manufactured by a now defunct company, was nothing short of amazing! Rich diagnosed the repair quickly and took the affected boards and completely rebuilt them. In a much-appreciated, quick turnaround, the machine is back up and running just like nothing had ever been broken.”
