“My windshield wipers quit working the other day and I took my car to Etscorn Auto Shop and I was surprised how quickly they got me in! Josh was amazing and easy to work with and he made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on with my car. The parts I needed weren’t going to be in until the next morning and he let me know before 10am what all was going on. The price was more than fair and I will definitely be going back to them for any future car maintenance!”

“I recently got new tires and brakes with this location. I had never used Tire Discounters before, but they made me a return customer. I was very impressed with David. They were short staffed the day I was in, and he was a rock star. He not only took care of the steady stream of customers coming through the door, but also went to the garage to help keep things moving when he could. He ended up putting my new rotors and brake pads on himself so that I could still get my car same day. He also worked with me on the price, matching a competitor's price on my tires and installation. Not to mention I received a free alignment and free oil change with my services. Very pleased, I will be back! :)”

“If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely amazing! They are understandingly and truly care about their customers. They would do whatever they can to help and they are HONEST. They are not here to just take your money. Their work they do on your vehicle is quality work and done right! The last time i used them they fixed the problem and i havent had issues with that problem they fixed. This is a good place with good people. I had my car in last week for a blown tire and they got my car ready that day. I spent more than I expected due to needing brakes and rotors and saw that the road hazard warranty was declined. I reached out to Goodyear and Jason got back to me and said they put the road hazard warranty on the tire. It gave me a lot of peace of mind that I’m covered if that tire goes. I initially got a little upset because I had to borrow money to pay for the work. But it was nothing intentional it was just an accident and Goodyear took care of it. Thanks, to Goodyear and Jason.”

“Always friendly people and usually quick service. They don't try to upsale you items you don't need like other places. Regular customers keep coming back, which shows integrity. There does seem to be a parking issue, so maybe you could have employees park somewhere else to free up room for customers in the cramped parking lot. And PLEASE tell your service techs to STOP altering automatic headlight switches on customer vehicles! They have no right touching them! WE Keep them set to OUR specifications for a reason. “I bought my first set of brand new tires from them last February (2024). Ive come back for my tire rotation and balance when I hit the suggested miles. Every time I come to this location the staff are professional, quick and friendly. Today I came in for my normal rotate and balance, and received the best customer service, which is hard to find in 2025. Apparently last time one of my lug nuts was accidentally cross threaded and snapped my stud on the tires. Since I only come here for tire maintenance it had to have happened here, but accidents happen. They immediately came and told me, showed me the lug nut and provided me with a paper to go get it fixed. Impeccable customer service with a great staff! I will always come back to this place for any tires needs!”

“I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!”

“I've been a customer for 2.5 years, regularly sending 2-3 vehicles throughout the year — mostly for oil changes, although I did get a new drive belt installed once. I've regularly gotten great service and coaching about foreseeable issues, which I've found very helpful.
However, 2025 has introduced some significant cost jumps that I find worrisome as a trend, although the inflation very well could be an industry norm. For example, in comparison to oil changes I got just 3 and 6 months ago, prices have increased as follows: oil service (+$5, +20%); oil service parts (+$3.96, +15.2%); shop supply fee (+2, +67%); environmental fee (+$2, +67%).
As an another reviewer recently noted, I also experienced an unexpected shop closure mid-day on a Thursday. I left a voicemail and we managed to sort everything out within an hour thanks to a call back, however, but it might have been a bigger issue if I were on a tighter schedule.
Overall, the trustworthiness and convenience factors still win my household's business — but due to cost increases I'll have to be cautiously optimistic in 2026, I'm afraid.”
“Chose to go to Accurate Automotive based off a recommendation from Expert Exhaust because some of my manafold bolts were broken. They were very knowledgeable when I called and explained everything to me that could possibly be wrong. Once they got it apart it wasn't as bad and cost less than originally thought. Will definitely return for any work I need done in the future. Seemed very honest and trustworthy which is hard to find in the auto repair market these days.”

“Stopped by after discovering a screw impaled my tire. Terry was at the front desk and was incredibly kind. I was expecting a much higher price (was extremely reasonable) and longer time needed; was extremely surprised and happy to find we were in and out in under 10 minutes. The guy who fixed our tire (didn’t catch his name, had dreads) was also wonderfully kind. Everyone was so relaxed and positive, which always makes difficult/frustrating things lighter and less impactful; I’m thankful we came here and got to work with the folks we did. I didn’t know they also perform other services, so I will be back and will recommend this location to all our friends and family. Thank you, guys!”
