“Amazing customer service. I come from Ashland to purchase the Hyde vapes, excellent pricing. I’ve never had an issue with them. Today I purchased my normal Hyde N Bar as I always do and I opened it to hit it, had no flavor, it wasn’t really hitting. I called them and let them know about it. They let me get a different one. Every once in awhile you’ll come across a Hyde that isn’t great and it’s not their fault, I truly appreciate the customer service the employees at Strictly Tobacco gave me today. Excellent people, excellent prices, great service. What more could you ask for?”
“This is a clean store that carries both tobacco and alcohol obviously, but also a small assortment of other drinks and chips, even some candy. The lot is always clean and is easy to get into and out of and it seems to be busy pretty much all day. The clerks have always been helpful and friendly.”

“Very friendly yet professional people, I must also add they are very patient with customers (myself) no matter the situation. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone that has nicotine caffeine or alcohol related vices, oh can't forget they have an awesome selection of the herbal vice remedies as well!
