Clean and quiet. I travel with my dogs, and I was accommodated in a pet friendly room. Breakfast was actually very good. Cafe was well stocked and there was a good selection of foods to choose from.
Rooms: The room was a pet friendly room, and it was very clean. (No bad smell). Bed was comfortable.
Noteworthy details: It was quiet and comfortable. Good value for the price.

Rooms: The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Good value.
Noteworthy details: The free breakfast was quite good, but the room was small. On the third day of our stay the hotel was pretty fully booked and all the tables were taken. People had to wait in order find a place to sit.

The facility was updated and beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The attendant was nice and attentive. Great rate and clean room. Oddly , at Checkout, we turned the air off and it began to smell like sewage , yes sewage. We addressed it and they were pleasant and understanding. We will return.
Safety: The outer doors required a key card and were very safe and easy and secure.

Good service. Stayed here driving through. Arrived late at night and bed was very damp feeling ( thought maybe they just didn’t dry them fully before putting back on bed) Woke up and all our clothes, towels, shoes and hair were damp as well. Seems to be a humors issue.

It was picked because it was supposed to be close to the Arc Encounter. It was 35 miles from the Arc. Not close enough. It was nice though. I would stay in Williamstown there is a Hampton Inn and a Sunrise Hotel much closer. Don't know the price but looked okay when we drove by.

Great Location and easy access for our stay. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was warm and ready every morning. Rooms were simple and clean and comfortable. Price was moderately priced. Thank you for the Great rest and recovery. Lots of dining close by and easy access to main roads.

I booked a room at Best Western in Florence, KY. When we arrived I let the desk clerk know that we would like a very quiet room and she graciously assiged us to room 314. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with plenty of pressure, everything in working order and it was quiet. There was some wear & tear and a few updates could be used but we were quite pleased with our stay. The breakfast was just ok but the serving area was pretty small making it challenging to access with many people trying to eat.

As Best Westerns go, this location was solid.
Convenient to both Creation Museum and the Ark.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Can’t ask for much more. Stayed here prior to our early morning flight. Property was recently renovated. Room was very comfortable. AC unit was quiet. Bed cozy. Would stay here again.
Rooms: Very comfortable bed. Pleasant remodel.
Safety: Quiet, dead end street. Didn’t hear a peep from the parking lot or hallway.

Booked two rooms. One smelled funny - even after the a/c had been running for a while. Second one didn’t have bedding on the bed couch. We went to the front desk for bedding and the desk clerk made derogatory racist comments about the cleaning staff not doing their job. It was off-putting.
Breakfast the next morning was fine. Decent selection of food and we were able to access a table.
Rooms: The rooms were small but had everything you need. They were clean - aside from an odd smell in one of them. The beds were comfy.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. For a packed hotel, it was very quiet. I’ll definitely be back!
