“I bought an exhaust part here, had some issues with fitment & the welds on it, due to myself being cheap. They did not give me any hassle about returning, matter fact even went out of their way to order me a different unit same part # from Ohio to see if that would work. I used to work in a shop as a tech, so I know that they sell solid parts & tools with a wide variety. If they don't have what you need, they can get stuff from other locations pretty fast. I'll be using them again & next time will invest in a slightly higher tier exhaust brand. That part was on me. Thanks guys!”
“I bought a new 2025 Civic, original glass was on backorder due to it being a new car. Out of Safelite's control. I drove Charles nuts all day everyday asking for an ETA he was so kind, prompt, and did everything he could for me. Ended up going with the aftermarket glass but between Charles and Robin they got me taken care of, very kind and caring crew. Grateful they were able to take care of my car needs.”
