After reading reviews I guess I gave up too soon. Msg said 5 min wait. 1st time gave up 20 min, 2nd time 35 min, just now 20 min. Transfered all times to Fraud alert. I can't even make a payment over my phone.

0 stars. I got a letter about an account that I did not open. I have been on hold for almost 3 hours. What is happening? I'm trying to report this as fraud . Bit Noone seems to be answering. It's says hold time is less than 5 minutes??? Again on hold for almost 3 hours.

Citi told me they cannot get fund so charged me penalty.
But I have been using the same bank account to auto pay the card for the whole year.
What a joke. It’s sad Costco continue to work with them
