Absolutely the most amazing banking experience!! I can’t praise the staff at this bank enough, they are professional, knowledgeable and above that caring!! My husband and I have an account with them and recently my aunt who is a senior moved into the area and opened an account with them as well. My aunt still likes to be independent which is not always easy for her and the team at this bank has gone above and beyond to help her maintain her independence in banking with them. I’m truly grateful that they take the time to make you feel like a person and not just a customer especially with my aunt!! A huge thank you to all of you for all you do and that little extra you give when you don’t have to, your kindness beyond your professionalism does not go unnoticed and it is truly appreciated!!”

“Had an issue where my debit card got locked while I was stationed overseas for the military. The typical customer help line was no use at all and said there was no way to get it unlocked. However I called this local branch that I used often in the past and they were able to assist me within 10 minutes and have my card unlocked. 10/10 would do business with again”

“I am always impressed when I go into Chase Bank. This time it was a few minutes before closing and my friend needed a Notary. She had a broken leg and was in the car. Brianna was happy to assist and even came out to the car! I think a lot of banks would have just said we are closing, sorry.”

“I have been w/them since they changed from Bank of KY, & have always been treated like gold, even being on the poor side, except just 1 person, yrs ago, who actually did treat the poorer like dirt, so i reported it, & they took care of it immediately. I only don't like the leaving of Independence branches, as for me, the drive, even though 20 to 30 minutes, is a pain, the service has been outstanding, & its not worth leaving for a questionable bank.”

“I don't understand the negative reviews here. I come to this branch fairly often and the people are always cheerful and efficient whether dealing with me or the others in line. I don't use the ATM much but when I have it works fine. The drive-thru works the way it should. It's a bank, not a spa. It should work like a bank and it does.”

“Slow, but a gem of an employee works here.
I waited for about 30 minutes to be helped, which was may reason for docking a star and honestly why it should be docked a couple more. I'm not blaming the employees for wait time, it's poor staffing and management. The employees were helping people nonstop.
This location is busy enough to warrant an additional teller, and also if some employees are on a training call, separate those employees from the teller windows so customers don't bother them. There's a whole second story here, there's room to have training sessions.
Also, Jasmin is an angel. Not only was she apologetic for my having to wait, she was the only teller working not just her window but also the drive-up and she was bouncing between both. Either management needs to jump in on these busy times or staffing needs to be expanded. And for the love of god, get Jasmin a raise and some help.”

“Heartland is a breath of fresh air in the banking industry! While others are turning everything over to automation/tech, these guys still prioritize human interaction.
Idk about you, but I feel a lot better when I can actually speak to someone and not have to battle through 5 layers of phone automation.
Specifically, Mark is the GOAT. He takes customer service to a whole other level and you can tell that it’s contagious around their office.
Never had a bad experience and will be the number one bank I recommend in the area!”
