Matt was such a great help! From holding the door , helping remove boxes from the car and shipping them out. Such great service. I enjoy going to this specific location because the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The week before I was y by Chad and another lovely lady. They all made my experience very pleasant and exceeded my expectations.

Fedex driver parked so close to my car I could not get into it and took 30 mins to load up packages so blocking me out of my car and making me late rude and disrespectful I will make sure to never use fedex If I can avoid it and I recommend you do the same

The blond woman who works here in the day is rude, snippy and unprofessional. She kept sniggering under her breath to her coworker in regards of me while I was waiting for my emails to be sent since not everyone feels comfortable doing the self serve option. Avoid this place when she is present otherwise great store.

I’m a bit peaved they’ve been closing early recently (whoever owns this place needs to raise pay so it can be properly staffed) but they’re pretty on the ball and friendly every time I ship with them. And I spend a ton of money shipping with this store exclusively.

1 employee running shipping and print services. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you” can you not afford to staff your stores? I assume you are a wealthy company. I will never ship fedx again.

Chad at FedEx Turfway Rd location was awesome when we had to ship a life-size picture. He tried multiple boxes and packed it so it would not be damaged during shipping. It arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Chad!!

Went in to get some urgently needed business documents faxed. I had no idea what I was doing so I asked the person working to walk me through it. He was very patient and professional and made sure my needs were met. The cost is outrageous, but at least it was taken care of without any issues!

I've been doing business with these folks for a few years now and they are very great to work with, especially in a pinch. The nice, friendly service and high-quality work are very much appreciated. If you’re thinking of having your passport renewed here, just skip it. The renewal comes at a premium that you’d expect includes some service but in my experience did not. This is marketed as a one stop shop to get it done and maybe it could be, but not for me. The staff wasn’t rude but they definitely weren’t interested in helping me get it done. Aloof and inconvenienced.
