Not sure who these people seem to think they are. Saying you have to make a reservation and all. One friend claims to have even lost pics from repairs here. Took the phone to a fix it shop and they repaired it in 30 minutes.

Made an appointment to get my phone fixed. Came in 5 minutes before my appointment time. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me when I finally got someone I was told there was no one there who could do anything and that there would be someone there in a couple days. Waste of time.

Beyond horrible. If I could give zero I would.Returned a replacement phone per exact instructions from employee the same day I received it. Still waiting on my $200 that I paid for replacement phone. No supervisor will return my call. All representatives just inform me situation is escalated. This was 6 weeks ago.

They told on the phone then when I got to best buy in Florence KY they said they couldn't help didn't even look at my device, quick no can't help you good bye not even a full min.

They were nice and the man who came was helpful were we needed an additional cord and he went to get it and came right back and now we have a computer, however best buy gave us wrong information and we spent over $200 on things that were not necessary

After being on the phone with geek squad for over an hour and being transferred six times, we went directly to Best Buy and talked to the manager, Jeff. He was GREAT!
