The selection of clothes is limited in sizes, usually only 2 of each size. Finding someone to help find something is IMPOSSIBLE. Check out is limited to a couple of cashiers. I usually order to pick-up at catalog it is free and much less hassle.

I have a hard time finding my shampoo & conditioner... Biolage Full Density. Also, my granddaughter's Biolage Hydra Source shampoo and the conditioner. I order them on-line with JC Penney and pick them up at the store. Very easy!

Tried to return an online purchase at the store and it was a disaster. Even with my card and order number they couldn't find it in their system and employee indicated they had this problem with online orders. Only reason I got a refund was that I had original email confirming my order.

One place that hasn't changed much in 20+ years that I've shopped here. Nice store, well-kept, and I still know right where to find everything I need. Levi's have gone up a lot, but the selection is still good. Thank God you can still use the fitting rooms in some stores, or I'd have to buy skirts instead of pants!

Really nice JCP location. Excellent selection of merchandise. Store is well organized & associates are friendly. Store is in a good area. Building exterior and parking lot well maintained & no pot holes in parking lot. The only negative is if you enter the store from the rear entrance (where the curbside pickup parking spots are located) it looks like you are in a ghetto. There is trash on the ground and all the glass in the entryway is filthy & clearly has NOT been cleaned in at least a year.

The store was completely inconsiderate to the fact that my family had only one day left to use our coupons for pictures. As my mother was taking pictures for all the grandkids of our family, I was doing something completely separate for my college graduation. Turns out since we both were getting pictures done on the same day they were completely not empathetic to the fact that we only had one day left to do it and that it was for two totally different transactions. Then when I tried to reason with them, there was no way around it, the situation was completely a huge inconvenience due to experience, time, and travel and I will NEVER do business with this organization again. I will also be filing a BBB complaint as this situation could have been handled differently.

I agree with many others that JCPenney is just way too expensive. This specific location is frequently unorganized, coupons are an absolute nightmare to try to work with. Cashiers do not know what they are doing half of the time with them. I came in today to use my rewards and a physical coupon I had, only the reward was taken off and I didn't even get my coupon handed back to me. Only realized after I had left. I don't think I will be coming here much longer.

Glad to see they're still around. I always like the selection of clothes I can get from here. The staff member that I interacted with was polite and helpful. We will definitely go back for more bargains on clothes.
