I went into the store yesterday (11/18/33) and wanted to switch carriers from at&t to spectrum. At first, my experience was great. They helped me get more products and helped me get a free line for a year. My husband and I both traded our phones in. We were waiting for awhile for my stuff to transfer to my new phone. My husband was done in 30 mins. Mine took over 2hrs and it still wasn't done. In total, at that point, I was there for 4 hours!! After it was taking so long, I asked if I could take the old and new phone home, to finish the transfer, but they told me no. I said I'd have it back before they close, told me no, I can either stay and wait, leave my phones there, or take my trade in back (losing $524 off trade in). So I was going on almost 5hrs of being in the store, the transfer taking so long.. I finally just left and took my trade in back. I got home and it took 30 mins.. I could have had the phone back in plenty of time.. even if I didn't, the store could charge me for the "stolen" phone. So I lost 5hrs of my time, $524 off trade in because the store network or something wasn't working right. My husband had more apps, photos, and videos then I did, but done in 30 mins. There was no reason for this, and i also tried using the cord, to speed the process up. The store told me I couldn't bring the phone back today, to get my trade in credit back. So im very frustrated for this overall. I still have the phone and would love to turn this poor experience around. I'm willing to work with the store, because it obviously had to do with the store network or something, because I came home and used my spectrum wifi and it was done in 30 mins, no problem. Please, if someone could reach out to me and help turn my experience around, I'd appreciate it. Overall, this wasn't a bad experience, except for the ending.

So, I e had three experiences in this store switching my family to a new cell phone provider. The first I was in it was to begin the switch over. This involved a new phone for my son and switching my old iPhone over to Spectrum. Great experience!! I never got the name of the person who helped me but he was outstanding. The second time was to bring my wife in and have hers switched over. Average experience, helpful but no one outstanding. The third time, well there’s guy named David in there. David is a horrible customer service person. Basically refused to assist me with a technical issue due to Spectrums incorrect installation instructions. Dude straight up told me “it’s your problem, not mine”. As a result I shipped the phone back to Spectrum and went to another provider. So far that experience has been great with the “other provider”. Same cost, just better service. I’ll be moving the rest of the family over soon. Spectrum is probably a decent provider but David is horrible at his job and is losing Spectrum costumers.

The scheduling system allows you to schedule past the stores hours. Employees do not welcome anyone entering their store. Highly recommend going online or calling versus going into their store.

In store experience needs to be enhanced with adequate staff. I am exchanging equipment and already waiting 1 hour.Update: Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Went to the store to drop off a cable box as we have moved and spectrum is not offered at our new location. Signed in to their kiosk and waited our turn for over an hour, then we noticed the employees skipping over the next in line multiple times to help other people that hadn’t waited as long. When I said something to the employee about it, they claimed that they had done nothing wrong in bouncing around in the line. Other customers had walked in after us, checked in after us, and were helped first. I noticed that they were helping people that were there to buy new lines of service before helping people with account issues or returns. We were not a priority, and multiple times people were told to return equipment at other locations, because they were not paid to handle returns. We will never return to this location, nor will we ever use any spectrum services again after this experience.

The store was clean, well lit, and the service was fast. Raymond was friendly, efficient, helpful, and didn't try to sell us extra services we don't currently need. Thank you

Instead of having someone at the door to greet and assist you with getting started, you had to sign in on computer. I has to wait an hour for someone to give me a new tv remote. If there had been a greeter they could have gotten my remote so I wouldn't have to wait plus other people didn't know how to sign in so they got passed over. I just believe there is a better way to do things and your facility definitely could do it better.

Spent over 1.5 hours here just to return a WiFi router. Only two employees working one disappeared for about 35 minutes or more with over 8 people waiting and the number is only rising. I witnessed the female employee being snarky/rude with a foreign costumer trying to understand why she had a number associated with her iPad when she didn’t ask for one (yes they were that loud!) As I’m typing this I’m still waiting…………. I might be waiting for a few centuries before being helped. Beyond Understaffed, very unprofessional, extremely slow this place deserves 0 stars wasting people time. GET A DROP BOX FIR RETURNS!!!!

I went to this location to return equipment and the location was very busy. The employee was calling people up asking "who's next" so I did not realize there was a sign in tablet at the front of the store. They proceeded to skip me and ignore me when I tried speaking to them, then called 2 other people before me. I was just going to leave when I saw the tablet at the door, I went back to the counter and the employee said, "oh are you signed in now?" Very unfriendly service that I waited an hour for. I now have cheaper and faster service through altafiber.

Went to 2 different stores and 1st store didn't want to help so had to go to 2nd store. After going to the 2nd store, gave us new equipment and was told to return any of the equipment we didn't need. So tried to return said equipment, the person would not take the router because as he put it,their router was more secure than ours. We bought our own so we didn't have to rent their equipment.

Talisa Ohmer is outstanding! (I asked for a card so I could make sure I got her name correct). If no one reads further, I want everyone to at least know that.I don't leave many reviews because, well, there aren't many times that it's worth the time. In short, I was trying to add a mobile line thru the spectrum app while I was down the street at Planet Fitness, and take advantage of the $600 trade in for a new s23 ultra, but it just wasn't happening, I kept being told that I wasn't eligible etc. So, not expecting much, I thought I'd at least try the store.What I wanted also was not as simple as I said, I wanted to trade in an older phone but keep my current phone, but transfer my number as well as get the credit. Not only did I turn a 10 minute transaction into a 45 minute process (I forgot to explain at the beginning that I wanted the new phone and credit, so halfway in she had to start over) anyway, this isn't short like I planned.I will leave it at this, I hadn't taken my dose of adhd medication, made everything more difficult and complicated than it needed to be. When im like this, most everyone loses patience with me, i even lose patience with me. Talisa never once got impatient, she helped me outline what I was trying to accomplish, and did so while being genuinely friendly and kind the entire time.I finally left with a new (and higher data) phone plan plus a brand new s23 ultra that (combined) is less than half of what my monthly Verizon bill had been.Thank you Talisa ? (and thanks for suggesting the green one too!)

Made an appointment online for 630. Drove a half an hour away just to get there at 6 to see a sign on the door that they closed early. When I called spectrum I was told there was nothing they could do about the inconvenience. Just disappointed in their customer service.

Got spectrum paid for internet and I never have internet it's down most of the time they are never willing to take anything off the bill and I had fioptics before them. don't do what I did, don't switch!!! the spectrum technician removed the fiber optics from my house completely gutted it so now I have to pay the other internet company again to reinstall it.

Returned equipment when the office was out on 25, in the drop box provided out front for after hours turn in. They kept the equipment on me and hit my credit report. Services charges I understand, equipment that was turned in? No thank you, not gonna get one dime for that. Spectrum is a dirty company with very little customer service abilities. I'd highly recommend altafiber before these chumps. Altafiber services are cheaper, more reliable and preform so much better... dont let spectrum burn you
