About Spectrum Store
The Spectrum Store on Mall Road provides services for Internet, Mobile, and Cable TV, including shopping for new products, upgrading services, and handling equipment. Customers frequently note that the store can be very busy, leading to very long wait times, especially on Saturdays, with waits sometimes nearing an hour or more. To avoid this, making an online appointment in advance is highly recommended, as it results in a faster visit with everything done in just a little bit of time.
Despite the waits, the staff receives consistent praise. Employees are described as very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, knowing their stuff and resolving issues pretty quickly. Specific mentions highlight that they provide good service and good phones. The atmosphere is positively influenced by staff who are upbeat, happy, and a joy to talk to, making visits great. While the store can be busy and sometimes seem short staffed, the quality of customer service skills is very good.
