“One visit,one load,it managed to make feel so dumb,bc the place,to me,is set up in the dumbest of ways.
If you go in the wrong entrance,they have two,one on the North,and on the South side of the building,they are not marked,you cannot see it on Google either.
So I went in thru the South side,the guard said :incoming inbound loads must come in thru the North gate,so I will have security scort you to turn you around,exit and come in thru the N side gate...huh?!? so there I went (I felt like a child bc I turned around right in front the office where I d be checking in in one minute ??), So I exited,went around building and came in thru the North gate,It felt like a prank,but they were serious.
I checked in,receiving gentleman was serious,no nonsense type,not a smile or a hello,fine,they kept my time to my del appt,I was given a door by my appt time and I was out of there an hour later,there is no overnight parking,they do let drivers use the nice,clean rest room,but they also have pot a potties outside,(why,I don t know).
Keep your appt time and you ll be ok,don t show up hours earlier bc you won t even be allowed to stay,today there were two of us drivers,both had the same appt and we were both released about an hour later,so to me it wasn t bad, once you know the gates, two on each side for different purposes and use them so,it isn t a problem,I d say is an ok place,you won t be disrespected,but you won t feel like you are in a friendly zone either,is bussines,a job,treat it as such and people too.
