“Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter.”

“While I normally appreciate Kohl's and their selection. it has gone down for men's items in my opinion. Most of what was available was in clearance which normally the only problem is finding my size. However, the items on clearance were just as much as new clothes 6 months ago... $35 for a shirt. Thankfully there's always a coupon around the corner to help and the Kohl's Cash keeps sucking me right back in for anything I missed or need to replace after the fact.Every time I have been here, the staff is always friendly and there's someone going around tidying up what folks throw around. I will say though, this is the first time I didn't see one actively hanging around shoe's since there's normally always someone asking for help finding their size.”
“This is a great store! Every time I've gone there, the people behind the counter have been smiling, friendly, and helpful. I have never recieved a product that was defective or disappointing. I usually buy their glass, and have never gotten home dissatisfied. Every time I go in there, they have cool new glass, and I go there a lot! They have beautiful water pieces that function really well. And they have a huge variety, so there is always something for everyone. The price of their glass is also so much better than if you got the same pieces shipped to your house. I got 2 things and paid less than 17 dollars, about 1/3 of what I would have paid for the same things online. I go to Florence Mall just for this store. This is my favorite place to get glass. I recommend this store to everyone I know. I had another great experience in this store the other day and felt the need to share a review.”
“I’ve been to this boot barn many of times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I came in today on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a hat. I was told at checkout that the employees who shape the hats weren’t there today and weren’t going to be there until Friday. I live over an hour away so I was on the fence. I needed it for the weekend so I was hoping for a miracle. The manager went out of her way to text one of the employees to see if she could come in and shape it real quick. The employee said yes! Great experience. Made my whole day. Everyone in that store needs a raise!”
“Love this place! Friendly atmosphere, great experience. The owner helped me pick out the perfect signature scent for my home. We have been in several times. I've bought gifts, jewelry, t-shirts, and home decor items. Bought the sweetest muslin blanket for my new nephew!! Looking forward to shopping there for Christmas! After two years of buying everything online, it's nice to be back to supporting local people!”

“I went to the store to return a dress that I purchased online and was given a coupon for $5 off anything to use in store within the next 3 hours. That motivated me to shop, and I did end up purchasing something! That is a great concept to get people to keep shopping. The employees were very helpful and friendly, too. I’m glad that I found something I would have otherwise missed if I just left right after making my return.”

“Was able to buy my grandson shoes and five outfits and me a couple things as well for less than $200 very impressed with all the choices and the prices got them three Jordan sweat suits a pair of pumas and some other things amongst that and me a few things as well just very happy with the prices and the service was great as well very helpful”
“I have a hard time finding my shampoo & conditioner... Biolage Full Density. Also, my granddaughter's Biolage Hydra Source shampoo and the conditioner. I order them on-line with JC Penney and pick them up at the store. Very easy!”

“Ive loved f.y.e. for years; just always caters to my quirky needs. This store is a great one. Ive always encountered helpful staff, store always has sales and programs going, and most products have been worth the money. I did buy some undergarments from Herr that disagreed with my skin. If you like anime horror or video game themed items easy place to shop for yourself or people you know who like these types of items. If you feel nostalgia then check out the dvds and cds.”

“I was so impressed with this location, the store is so well organized and clean. You absolutely can't beat the prices, but with this location you don't have to deal with the chaos typically associated with off-brand price stores. And to top it off, the staff are so helpful and kind. Shawn, the store manager, was walking around making sure patrons were finding everything they were looking for, and the check-out staff were friendly and thoughtful with packing up breakable items. I will definitely be back!”
