Served AC Army, 28 years. Lost my only son at the time after a year Iraq deployment and received no retirement award. Sad! May not be HRCs fault but they definitely don't care. I've tried calling.

I needed help from the personnel concerning my retirement package, and over the phone they were misleading, ignorant, and extremely rude. It's intolerable that this happens to veterans.
