Well 9 year later go to renew my wife's ID at the ID office. Turns out HRC never filed the paperwork I sent for our marriage and my name change 9 years ago. DEERS has it the ID office can access it. It's why my tricare health insurance was not working that well. I always was calling and fighting with them. We found this soley by the fact the had part of my old name still on my new ID. Now my wife needs a doctor visit it has to come out my pocket still for atleast the next 90 days. She is overdue for her cancer screening as well. Make sure it is not back and that she did not inherit the cancer her mom had. Talk about still taking the big ol green wein even medical retired.

Reason retention is down because OCS panel is secretive and demoralizing. Deserves to be run by a third party agency to stop it's corrupt practices and abuse of power.

Incredibly rude and ignorant. I called, I do not have an account. The woman on the phone insisted I "give her" information I did not have. I wanted to explain my situation because it was unorthodox. I politely asked to speak with someone else please, she hung up on me. I call back, same issue where they are telling me they needed to pull up my account. I do not have an account, and one was not created for me since the associate hung up on me. Since the first person who answered just hung up, there is no record of that call as well, which I find incredibly suspicious. There are records for all incoming and outgoing calls at all call centers...its literally an integral part of the job.I spoke with a manager and she told me that her associate "followed protocol". I was also told their "system" does not track incoming and outgoing calls.Being rude and hanging up on someone is most definitely not protocol.Not getting at minimum a phone number is not protocol of any sort. I told her as such and ended the call, apparently it is call center. Her name was Krystal, not sure about spelling. I'm getting very tired of interactions where they can do or say whatever they want without any repercussions. I truly hope someone gets reprimanded for this, all three women involved.Thank you so much for making a complicated situation more difficult than necessary.

The worst customer service ever. Attitude from the people I speak to. This is one of the worst customer service based organization. Ive had better experience calling the post office. I needed information provided to our office. A form was submitted and they refused to send it to me via email. They claim since they mailed it they couldn’t not email it out. I was put on hold and transferred to the “supervisor” and she regurgitated the same thing. Then she told me since i had a slight incorrect email address that i had to submit the same form again and it would take another 90 to 120 business days. You would have better customer service at McDonald’s.

I sent in my CRSC claim in October of 2018 and now they have no record of it ever being in their system. I received a letter confirming their receipt of my claim on Oct. 11, 2018. Now, they tell me to send it all in again and wait another year for a decision. What happened to my claim? It had important private information in it.

Why do they call it a human resource office when they can't not would want to help their military personnel? They did not have any answers and really , spent about two minutes acting like they were researching something just to say hey! Do the research elsewhere. Very nice. Unreliable!!!!!!!!!!

Large building with several floors. Very easy to get lost in. Fantastic work environment with a large group of professionals who are experts at their jobs.
