“Overall experience, a 4-5! We’ve been able to call Hilltop Apartments our home for the last few years now and even raised a puppy along the way. Friendly neighbors and enough greenery to feel like we have our own personal park to walk in. The rooms are also high quality and provide enough space to work, play and still have enough room for all the puppy toys!”

“We love it here!! We have been here since May!!! The office staff is so super sweet, Lindsay and Jennifer make you feel at home very first thing. It's clean, quiet, safe, and very affordable! The maintenance staff is super nice too, they keep the property up and get to things quickly!! Blue Grass Manor is the place to call your forever home!!!”
“Overall good responsiveness and attention to detail for tenants. We have enjoyed our stay and think highly of the community. Minor issues to report. The Wifi has not worked in the conference room, nor in the fitness room (one of the two Peloton bikes has remained off for several months). Carpet vacuuming is not frequent enough in the fitness room. Takeout cups not reliably available next to the coffee machine. Most aspects of the upkeep are nicely done. It is overall a beautiful building and has all the amenities that make life enjoyable. ?”
“Jay in maintenance is a rock star. Always takes care of things right away, patient, explains details on calls or in notes, and has a great sense of humor. Feels like a favorite family member comes with the apartment.”
“My family and I have called Hampton Farms apartments, home for 33 years. That alone should speak for itself. Kind, professional, caring, efficient and diligent to the residents and property needs.”
“Absolutely an amazing place to live. Been here 2 years and haven’t had a single problem. Management is attentive and quick to help - especially Mary who just helped me with a crazy and last minute change of apartments. The location is amazing and the apartments themselves are very nice. 10/10 would recommend!”
“Overall a decent place to live. I would say the newness of it is starting to wear off but overall pretty decent.
Pros:
- Leasing staff and maintenance is great. Leslie and Jason were at a previous place I lived and they do an amazing job. Heather the Property Manager does a great job as well and will go above and beyond to fix issues like parked buses running all night long out front. Buses no longer sit out front now due to her hard work.
- Nice unit layouts. Probably the largest in the city if I had a guess.
- Nice amenities, but not overly great but nice
- Staff does a great job with community social events
- Bonus is when packages pile up and if time allows the staff will place them at your door for you so you don't have to go to the locker room. Very thoughtful gesture on their end.
Cons:
- Over the past couple months people stopped cleaning up after their dogs outside. It is pretty much just dog waste everywhere an area of grass is nearby. At this point you will have to walk a couple of blocks to find an area where your dog isn't walking through waste and then tracking it inside.
- It does get a bit dirty in the common areas on the weekends especially Sunday.”
“We had a great experience living at DeSales Flats for the past two years. It’s a peaceful and quiet community in a convenient location, close to downtown Cincinnati and also near Oakley and Hyde Park. A special shoutout to Paige for all her help and support from day one. The maintenance team was also very responsive and handled requests quickly, especially Kevin, who was always incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home, and we’ll miss living there!”
“This is my first experience living on my own. From the maintenance team to the office staff, Wentworth Estates is the best. Their compassion and kindness are indescribable, the staff takes the time to know YOU. I’ve never entered the office and had someone not know who I am. The maintenance team is beyond helpful and timely. Such a great place to live, clean and beautiful units with a wide variety to find exactly what you’re looking for.”
“I lived here for 4 years and would have absolutely renewed for a 5th if I were still living in Cincinnati. Emily and the entire staff do an amazing job taking care of residents. The building is in a great location, has spacious units, and an awesome rooftop. I can’t recommend living at The Reserve enough!”
“This apartment complex is beautiful clean and quiet.! I love it. I've lived here for a short while but any problems or maintenance issues I've had have been attended to in an appropriate manner. Our new property manager Mahalia and maintenance team Keith are exceptional in courteous customer service. I genuinely enjoy where I live.”

“Absolutely love our new apartment here! Melanie Jetter is very responsive. Jesse, the maintenance man, is professional and knowledgeable. Great view from our 2nd floor balcony (which is larger than many other apartment’s balconies). Nice neighbors and adequate parking.”
“I lived here for many years and LOVED this place!! I lived on the top floor and absolutely loved my apartment, it was so quiet even though it bordered the highway and I had a lovely view of the woods. It had so much natural light inside and the floor plan is spacious. It's a small community, so the pool and gym are never too crowded, and maintenance and the front office are on top of things. The location was very convenient when I worked downtown as it’s just minutes away and most of NKY is very close by too. I got to know my neighbors and we always had a great time at the pool. Every apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and partially renovated bath now which are really nice. Rent rose a bit more than I felt was necessary over the years while I was here but pretty much every managed apartment complex does this and that's really my only complaint. Move in and move out were both really smooth and they did not pull any surprise fees or BS on me during move out. I was honestly really sad to leave here but I had to move far away. P.S. Make sure to say hello to our buddy Tim if you see him at the pool jamming to classic rock, he is a wonderful friend to all in the community.”
“Very appreciative of how accommodating they were, such a warm and inviting environment. I appreciate how the ladies from the office, DeAndra & Jaylen put alot of effort into making sure things were up to standard, never rushing me, and constantly letting me know if I needed anything to let them know. Had a little issue the first day I moved in, but the maintenance guy, Rodney, was on it, he was there in less than an hour to fix it. They dont make me feel like I'm just another tenant. All I can say is its a good feeling to feel welcome and valued. Very good people service 👏”
“A beautiful and well-maintained property in the heart of downtown cincinnati. Conveniently located, reasonably priced, stunning views, large windows with natural light pouring in, and one could never forget to mention that rooftop pool and lounge area.
The staff is truly a delight- maintenance responds quickly to provide speedy resolve to any issues that may arise. Emily, the property manager, is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects- property management, downtown in general, and so much more. She goes above and beyond for everyone, from her staff to the residents whom reside at Garfield Tower.”

“It's the 99.9% FANTASTIC staff! I I love the secretary .He is my favorite person! Mostly all the maintenance people are great! The guy that came today to fix screen door and an outlet -finished things quickly and professionally. It was kind, Mr. Jackson along with Ray. I was extra happy with the storage unit . Also 2 or 3 weeks ago the most recent new maintenance gentleman was here to fix closet doors. Which arshose doors are cheap and flimsy and fight back like Baby Face himself. Yes, that's a shoutout to THE YO (Youngstown Ohio) Employees are the reason I like it here so much more than NA properties. They manage Gettysburg in Fort Thomas.”
“We love living at The Baldwin. The wall of windows and high ceilings are amazing. The party room is a wonderful place for gatherings with pool tables, shuffle board, TVs, and lots of seating options. The residents are friendly and the almost monthly resident events offer opportunities to meet your neighbors. The management team takes care of any issues in an efficient manner.”
“This is honestly one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. Maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and efficiently (William is awesome!), and the community spaces (mail, laundry, entry) are always clean. I love that only cats are allowed here; I don't have to worry about my cat encountering a dog around the building when we go out for a walk. My utility costs are relatively low, and the windows are amazing--they are 6ft.(ish) tall and let in SO much light!”
“Amazing move-in experience! I just moved into Roebling Row and Jessica has been amazing throughout the process. I moved in during a crazy time (July 4th weekend) and Jessica was patient and great with responding to my 30+ questions during the process. I highly recommend Roebling Row as it’s walking distance to pretty much everything and the apartment itself is nice and spacious!”
