The Baldwin Apartments is a lovely and gorgeous building in a perfect Cincinnati location. It is close to everything, less than ten minutes from downtown, and across the street from the Cincinnati Art Museum and Eden Park. The neighborhood is perfect for walks. Residents describe a safe, very quiet, and friendly community atmosphere. The building offers great amenities, including convenient garage parking, a pet-friendly policy with treats and a pet spa, free Starbucks coffee, seasonal resident festivities, and Tide cleaner lockers. The space has all the amenities needed, making residents feel comfortable, happy, and at home. The office staff is amazing, attentive, incredibly friendly, kind, receptive, and helpful. The maintenance team keeps the building looking amazing. Management is appreciated for their helpfulness, planned events, and opportunities for resident feedback. Many residents are very happy they chose The Baldwin and have not looked back since moving in.
Jonathan always responds quickly to requests for maintenance and solves the problem. I find the building management to be excellent.

We moved to The Baldwin last year and have loved it so far! The location is perfect, only a few minutes from downtown and close to everything you need. The amenities are great and the ladies in the leasing office are amazing. Also, everyone in the building is so friendly.

Lovely building, community, and location in Cincinnati. Really appreciate the helpfulness of building management, planned events, and provided opportunities for feedback on ongoing projects. Great parking set up, amenities, and most of all, location! Really happy we chose the Baldwin and are comfortable and happy here!
