I rate this particular Five Below (Ft Mitchell) high because of the STAFF! Not once have I gone to this location and not been greeted or had a friendly conversation with someone working here. This particular store is always clean and organized as well.

First time being at this five below they didn't have as much as Florence and a few other stores that I've been to, but staff was very helpful
