Although, I do wish they had a price checker so we would have been able to see how much some things were before checking out. Employees were friendly and helpful. “I had a fantastic experience at the Five Below on Paxton Ave in Hyde Park, and huge credit goes to Angela, the Customer Experience Manager!
I ran into a tricky situation—I needed to make a return and brought in the item, my original receipt, and the credit card I used for the purchase, but I no longer had the box or the barcode label. Returns without original packaging can easily become a headache, but Angela was incredible. She was knowledgeable, prepared, and completely adaptable. Instead of turning me away, she efficiency worked through it with a great attitude, making the whole process quick and totally hassle-free.

“Ive loved f.y.e. for years; just always caters to my quirky needs. This store is a great one. Ive always encountered helpful staff, store always has sales and programs going, and most products have been worth the money. I did buy some undergarments from Herr that disagreed with my skin. If you like anime horror or video game themed items easy place to shop for yourself or people you know who like these types of items. If you feel nostalgia then check out the dvds and cds.”
