“I had picked up something that was wrongfully priced. I scanned it and when I realized it was double what the shelf had stated, I asked the employee if she could cancel my transaction because many business won’t uphold the wrongfully advertised price. They honored that the shelf priced it wrong and gave it to me for that price! 10/10 customer service”
“I had a wonderful experience at my visit today! The gentleman at the front door (Phil) greeted me and helped me get my cart as my hands were full carrying my two year old! “Ive loved f.y.e. for years; just always caters to my quirky needs. This store is a great one. Ive always encountered helpful staff, store always has sales and programs going, and most products have been worth the money. I did buy some undergarments from Herr that disagreed with my skin. If you like anime horror or video game themed items easy place to shop for yourself or people you know who like these types of items. If you feel nostalgia then check out the dvds and cds.”

“I received a friendly welcoming vibe upon entering the store, with smiles. The store was clean, the shelves were organized, and there was an overall relaxed environment to shop in during this visit.
