“I really like the idea of having a storage unit it's not far from home, and my things are safe and dry on the inside. The facility is always nice and clean when I go there. I really appreciate the associate, Mr Robert he was very kind and personable and patient with me answered all of my questions.And concerns he showed me around so that I would have a visual of the units that I was selecting very professional.
I will definitely recommend friends and family.”

We had a climate control unit that never had a single issue. Mark Melson especially is a wonderful person who explained exactly how everything worked with exceptionally detail. “Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri.
The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be.

“Cine Smart is the place to store your items in a safe n secure place. The office clerk is as courteous and sweet as ever. As an business organization, you did great hiring her to take care of your business with pride and great customer service.
The only reason I gave it. 4 out of 5 stars is because the dust from the concrete floor can sometimes become airborne with all the sliding of your items and bins. Other than that 4.5 out of 5”

“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”

“I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. I am so glad that I decided to go with GoStore for my storage needs. Thank You so much!”
“The process to get the unit was quick and relatively. John was very nice and personable. No issues on the customer service aspect of my experience!
A word of caution though, the prices or sales on the units vary by day (at least they did for me), and luckily I was able to get my unit for $62 for 4 months, if paid upfront. Not bad! But then came the extra fees... They charge you a monthly insurance fee (based off of value of items stored), which bumped me up to around $80 a month, plus I had to purchase a lock, plus taxes and an admin fee. Costed a little over $400 for 4 months, which was not what I was expecting. I understand the need for some of these fees, but some things seem a little expensive. My renter's insurance covers everything for a lot less. They also said that I should expect it to jump to the full market price in February, which is around $150, plus the insurance & taxes. Hopefully they'll offer a discount when I renew, because that is NOT possible for me at this point, and will have to find another option.
Otherwise, the value of the promotion is decent, so we'll see how well they keep things up after February.”
