The phone system and process to change my name on my credit card is absolutely a nightmare but Alex at the Fort Thomas was absolutely wonderful to work with. Completely an advocate for the customer. I cannot recommend him enough.

Chase bank is trash… I just received my new card and I activated but yet it’s not working says my pin is wrong but I already have a pin set up from the previous card so now I have to go into the branch that doesn’t open until 9

So the ft thomas location’s atm is down. Since they have closed down all other chase banks and don’t have any other atms spread out like all other banks in this area the only option is a 20 min drive to get cash out. Will be closing my account and going to a different bank soon. Tired of the inconvenience if so limited locations and atms.

Going to this branch is always one of the worst experiences of my week. They are always unfriendly and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am excited that Bank of America is opening it’s first branch in the region near children’s hospital and I plan to move asap.

If I had an option to give less than 1 star, I would definitely do that. Pathetic banking experience. I had an appointment at this branch and was informed after I came that the person who I was supposed to be meeting was down with covid. After coming there in person, I was told that there was no alternate appointments available. Highly incompetent staff and very disappointing experience. I would never suggest anyone to bank with Chase, Fort Thomas, KY.

Always enjoy coming to this branch. The tellers are super friendly and helpful and always get me what I need and on my way quickly and efficiently. I've never had a negative experience at this location.

2.6 is a very high rating from my experience.I dealt with a new teller to this location and it was nightmare.If I didn't have to deal with Chase for work I would never step foot in one. I have been to multiple locations in Cincy and NKY and basically always have issues and most of the tellers are rude and make you feel like you are putting them out by expecting them to do their JOB

my wife went to deposit some money and the atm took her— the atm took my wife and i am lost without her. 3 months have past but it doesn’t get any easier. screw you Chase. give me back the love of my life. absolutely do not go to this bank, you may not come back.

I congratulate Chase Bank for treating me more like a criminal than any other bank, agency, or institution in my life. I sincerely hate these a-holes and their bank for I do not worship at the altar of JP Morgan Chase. Let's go Brandon.

We have been patrons at this bank for sometime and have credit cards with Chase. We have several accounts and due to keeping up balances we don't have fees. We did some restructuring and now fees, fees, fees. I have been chasing fees since, even though Joe told me I wouldn't be. Well he was wrong and when I tried to get follow up help I was directed to Jackie. Jackie took off a couple fees but here I am again being charged fees when Ive been told I wouldn't be. Then I just went through an account he and I use to transfer funds between one another and I just saw a 35$ fee. I'm not happy about it but Im not going to hassle these overworked employees as I will just amp up my efforts to get keep get him to leave this awful bank, that iconstantly needs to be watched due to distrustful or untrained/misinformed/lazy employees. It will take him time to leave but he has started talking about it with all our/my issues... I'm In the process of transferring all mine to navy federal. I've Had them for the last 9 months and not one lie. Not one fee. Not one employee saying they fixed something only for me to have to deal with another employee, on multiple months going forward. This is one establishment I look forward to leaving behind all the hidden/lied about fees. Such better banks out there without the lying/misinformed employees. I HATE changing banks as it's a large hassle ---who doesn't?.... My advice is DONT GO INTO THIS ONE...so you don't have to look at the future and changing a bank due to months and months of fees and complaints and lies and employees passing on to others....
