I've banked here for decades, always with a big balance and never requesting help. When the longtime mgr retired, everything changed. Now I have nothing but trouble. I've tried to be patient and polite, but the current mgr JULIA is THE WORST. She doesn't honor appts, return calls when promised, complete work she should do, etc. As a disabled senior, I really need banking help. But this branch is understaffed and in need of a good replacement for Julia asap.

Absolutely gave me complete run around about opening a new account. It's ok tho the branch in newport took care of me I would highly recommend not going to the ft thomas branch.

Their manager here is great. Liz really helped me waive some fees from my checking account. After the Newport downtown branch refused to help me. I have been with US bank for 15 years. Also I had a mortgage with US bank. Liz was very helpful and she made me feel like a valued customer.

If you have your money at a US Bank...be careful! A stolen wallet could result in YOU paying the amount stolen, plus fees accrued because of the stolen money! My wallet was stolen. The thieves used my ID to go through a drive thru teller. The teller GAVE them my account number and handed $500 from MY account. The US Bank Fraud Department sighted "customer negligence" because my wallet was stolen, as the reason for not going forward as banks should with stolen money. Good luck to any and all US Bank clients...hope YOUR wallet is never stolen! I do have to say the Manager at this Ft. Thomas location was the ONLY helpful US Bank personnel I have felt with the past two months. She did help me to get the fees returned to me. I thank the Ft. Thomas Branch for that.

It is great to be back after feeling a little under the weather and losing my internet for awhile. I have been helping my dad run some errands lately and have been to this branch several times recently. I can not tell you anything about the interest rate they pay on savings accounts or CD's or many of their other services. My dad has a checking and savings account with U.S. Bank. What I can tell you is about the atmosphere and the service at this nice little Bank in Ft. Thomas. When my dad enters the branch he receives a warm and friendly greeting of "hello Mr. Meier." There is a Christmas tree in the lobby and my dad is waited on within a minute or so. His last transaction included both putting in money and getting a certified check for a family gift. It was completed quickly and concluded with "happy holidays." On a table in the lobby there is always a bowl of hard candy that I can not resist. This time of the year they have holiday trivia questions. Did you know that the song "Sleigh Ride" was written as a Thanksgiving song. I suggest that you check out this branch for friendly financial and banking services.

Wasting my time. Needed my ID for some reason. Was dropping of my own deposit. Already had my information filled out. First time any bank has ever asked me for an ID when I wasn't requesting any money. Was trying to hurry for my lunch break. Thanks for wasting my time
