“We have a highly reactive dog and have to take a lot of precautions when visiting a vet. There's a lot of shame we have about our dog's reactivity. We should have started training early on. We should have socialized her better. The staff never make us feel bad about our dog's behavior. They treat us and, most importantly, our dog like any other guests.We could all do with a little more mercy and I appreciate that they afford us that.”

“I will be honest I was skeptical about this working. The doc was so gentle and I never heard any pops or snaps. It kinda just looked like he was petting the dog and feeling around on bones. Let me tell you, those gentle touches were like magic! My nine year old shepherd has been acting like a 3 year old! I've had to force him to slow down. Best 50 bucks I've spent. If you have a senior dogfo who is slowing down I highly recommend giving this a shot”
“Dr. Klaiber is so kind! The staff was very nice. I brought my 3 dogs for their annual exams and vaccines. My one is a previous abuse victim and frequent flier at the vet, so she gets very anxious. The doc and staff went slow and offered her treats and she did great. Dr. Klaiber was very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you!”

“The place was great. We took our cat in to be checked because of some dry skin and loosing hair at the base of her tail. The vet came in looked at her and told us right away what it was, gave us some medication and that solved the problem. I loved that they got to the heart of the problem and did not do any unnecessary test and things like most want to do. The staff was pleasant and really cared about us and our little fur baby. This was our first visit and this will be our vet from now on”

“I am so very grateful for PetWow Home Veterinary Service! My cat Winston was unable to be seen at a traditional vet's office. His condition was causing quite an unintentionally violent and uncontrollable reaction that had resulted in a nasty injury to my finger when attempting to take him to a local vet. The person who booked his appointment was able to get him in quickly due to a cancellation. Dr. Line and Jordyn were also very caring, understanding, patient, kind, and gentle. Dr. Line was able to diagnose and treat him without incident and answered any questions that I had. Words can not express how relieved I am right now. PetWow - My heroes! Thank you so much!”

“I can't say enough good about this place. First off this is probably the least expensive place to spay/neuter your rabbit, both my girls were done for less then half of what my regular vet wanted (to spay them), and also got my black rabbit ( i have never felt comfortable clipping her nails) a stunning pedicure! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the quality of their care is amazing! Definitely recommend if you have cats or rabbits in need of spay/neuter or routine care.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This place deserves 10 stars.I am truly grateful for this organization. I wouldn't have been able to get my dogs fixed if it wasn't for UCAN, they provid extremely affordable spay and neuter. Staff is always friendly. I can leave me pets knowing they will be well cared for until I pick them up. I had a problem with my dogs having 2 liters, then trouble getting puppies homes, stressed out people around me, and almost had to consider getting rid of my beloved dogs. Finding UCAN solved my puppy problem and made it possible for my dogs to be able to stay with me. Can't thank you enough. I'll continue to recommend.”

“My dog is anxious and difficult—and six months ago she had a very bad experience at a different vet in the area, so I sought a second opinion from these guys and I am so glad I did. They have been so patient and sweet with my dog (even when she is snarling like she wants to maybe murder them) and the techs, the staff, and the vets have all demonstrated more empathy and gentleness than I've ever seen from a veterinary office—and I used to work as a vet tech in my twenties, so I have a context. I am so grateful for how careful, reassuring, and humane they have been with me and my dog. Thank you so much. It means to world to know that you guys can help us through a crisis.”
“This the best vet office in Cincinnati. Our cat, Han, got a terrible UTI a few months ago. The office got us scheduled quickly and in to see Dr. Johnson. Dr. Johnson was so kind and very knowledgeable. The UTI kept coming back and each time we were able to get in to see a vet either same day or the day after we called. Everyone at this office is so kind, especially Kelley at the front desk and Dr. Johnson. Ultimately, we made the decision to put Han down due to the UTI causing liver failure. We saw Dr. John for this and he was also very kind. Obviously it’s not the outcome we wanted, but we know this office did everything they could for our sweet girl. We will forever be grateful.”
