“I want to point out an act of goodness by a pharmacist at Walmart. I gave a fairly large amount of fishing poles to some young teens on 6/24/26 and unfortunately I snagged and hooked my myself in several places with old rusty hooks. It was not until later in the evening that tetanus and its risk entered my mind. I quickly realized I didn’t know when I had my last tetanus shot and went to the Ft. Wright Walmart where I learned from a clerk I was 35 minutes late to receive a shot. I was left with waiting to long to decrease the risk of go search for other sources. The on duty Pharmacist I believe her name was Jackie heard the conversation and she on her time and after hours administered me a tetanus shot for which I am extremely grateful because it was an act of goodness which our society sorely needs today in many ways. As a result I will switch my pharmacy needs to Walmart. I applaud her and wish her nothing but the best now and in the future.”
