“Regardless of what the majority of reviews have been, I have found that no matter what pharmacy you have to use for your medication refills or first time pickup, each of the pharmacies are extremely limited on the staffing and operations that they provide so, for whatever the reason you've been upset with this particular location or all Kroger Pharmacy locations, they all work extremely hard to find a way to make sure every customer receives the same level of services, costs, and overall supply of medications hospitals, physicians, and nurses in the medical field are submitting to each of their pharmacy locations.
Thank you for all your hard work and effort to make sure our health is in good hands. Each of you deserves the utmost respect for what you have to handle with every customer's orders.”
“I immediately go to HealthWarehouse when I find out how expensive a medication would be at my regular pharmacy. They carry a genormous catalog of medications. They have the meds my dog and I take for the right price with the ease of auto-refill email notifcations. I have been with original online pharmacy through its incarnations and I'm sticking with HealthWarehouse. I highly recommend them.”

“Amidst the torrential downpour outside, Dierdre T., working lane 8, went above and beyond for me. I had bought several large poster boards. Deirdre took the time and went out of her way to find adequate covering for my poster boards so that they would not be ruined by the rain. This was very kind. I was touched by her care, thoughtfulness, and concern.”

I dropped my tire off at my local Sam's club in Springdale, they had my tire repaired in less that 2 hours. “Kroger's is a GREAT place to by gas, when both the price is low AND if you have a lot of fuel points! At my usual location, the other night regular was $3.39 a gallon. But, I had $0.60 in fuel points, so I wound up paying only $2.79 a gallon! Gas hasn't been at that regularly low price per gallon in YEARS! ????”

“We were in the Florence, KY area for my wife’s eye surgery and she realized that she had left one of her medications at home. We called Sam’s Pharmacy and they said they could have it the next morning and gave us their contact info for our Doctor at home to call in the prescription. Savannah and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure they had the prescription and the correct medication by following up with phone calls to our Doctor. We received everything we needed as quickly as possible. Again, we appreciate the efforts by Savannah and Jeff and the Pharmacy Team at Sam’s in Florence.”

“Don't worry about ditching your big pharmacy for Rohe. I was worried about not having a drive thru, but the process at Rohe is a million times faster than other pharmacies. They can personalize your cakes as needed or you can grab one that is ready and personalize it yourself. They also offer fresh donuts.”

“Edit 5/19/26: After about a year using this pharmacy, I am completely pleased.
I have never had any problems beyond the occasional stock shortages that have affected all pharmacies. AFAIK this is beyond their control.
This pharmacy does a much better job at acquiring stock and keeping me updated. They tell me when they will receive it, and everything is smooth as it can be.
*I don't miss Walgreens (or other chain pharmacies) at all.*
