“Yesterday had an appointment @ 9am, they were really busy at one point but still took care of people. Carson and the General Manger Michael were fantastic and the mechanics did a great job on the service I came there for. 10/10 👌”

“Amazing appointment from beginning to end, which is not something I usually experience in the constantly overwhelmed car shops in this day and age. The manager was courteous, had a positive attitude, and set expectations. And the communication leading up to the appointment was solid too: they talked to me a few times beforehand to confirm the right tires and the right sizes. The same tires at other local places were $35-$40 more per tire. And being a AAA member knocked off a few bucks here as well. Highly recommend as long as they keep the same associates and managers in place here.”

“I have been going to Brogan and Folz since I had my first car at 17. Twenty-three years later I am still patronizing this business. They are the only people I can trust to work on my car. They do quality work and have very reasonable prices.”

“Star Motors is the only mechanic as far as I’m concerned. Don’t bother looking anywhere else if you’re in their area. Gabe rocks. Matt Rocks. All of them are goated. They’re your classic straight shooters. You (the reader) have the opportunity to make the right choice……don’t screw it up.”

1047 Perkins Drive, Alexandria KY 41001
“I give them 5 stars 10 times over. I owned a shop for years myself and had to close it for health reasons. I am glad I found them they do too notch work. They take care of mine and my families cars and will from now on. Chris and Paul are two of the best guys you'll ever do business with. They run an extremely nice shop.”

“This is my go to mechanic! Steve and the team do honest work at a fair price. He’ll talk to your front and have your back. Highly recommend bringing your car here for service. I tell all my family, friends and colleagues that this is the go to place for auto service.”

“Both mine and my wife's 's vehicles needed tires. Ray at the front desk was very patient and informative without feeling like he was trying to pressure you into buying the most expensive tires they had. While I did pick out a very good pair of Continentals, I felt like the information he gave is what led me to that decision, not high pressure sales tactics. I've had the tires on for a few weeks now and I feel even better about the decision I made. The price was good and the service was excellent”

“Finally a garage with old school service. Great employees that are truthful, reliable and quick. I haven't been this happy to be referred somewhere in a long time. No one likes having to get their car fixed, but when I need something done, I know they'll take care of me abc my car at a reasonable rate.”

“Greg and his team are amazing to work with. They’ve been diagnosing and maintaining my Honda Pilot for the past 4 years. They always keep me updated every step of the way, and if any additional work is needed, they make sure to consult with me first. My wife Hamda only trusts Greg because he truly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend !”

“Highly recommend Cobb's Car Care Center. They replaced the clutch on our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and were excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and walked us through exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Clearly very knowledgeable. When one of the aftermarket clutch parts turned out to be defective (through no fault of theirs), they fixed it fast at no charge and even reimbursed us for the tow to their shop. They kept us informed at every step, and their pricing was significantly lower than the Subaru dealership's service center. A few days after we got the car back, the owner personally called to make sure everything was running well. That kind of follow-up is rare. We'd absolutely come back for any future car care.”

“How much easier could it be?! Took my vehicle down to S&W Tire & Car Care for a brake job and it was just like great service should be. The final price was just as quoted. No up selling or extras, just good quality workmanship. Charlie and Pat were a pleasure to do business with and I will certainly return in the future! Further if you are one of the millions of people who have followed my reviews then you really should give them a call when you need car repairs! As Always, Enjoy”

“Did a comparison shop to repair a nail hole in my tire and the crew here were the most honest and economical. No pressure or up sale. You won't find a crew with matching logos on their uniforms or a national name brand, but consider buying local. I'll be going back.”

“I recently brought in both my car and my wife’s car on back-to-back days. The work was just the basics—oil changes and tire rotations—but everything was done carefully and professionally. Every time I pick up my car, it drives so smoothly. I’ll definitely keep coming back for regular maintenance. Big thanks to Ron and the whole team for always being friendly and helpful!”

“I'm not a customer, but i did call to ask about work being done on my vehicle. He was polite upon answering the phone. I only say he because im bad with names, non the less he informed me properly and respectfully. If i had more time i would absolutely bring my vehicle here for repairs.”

“My family members and I have been going to Kenton Tire for over 20 years for our repairs and service. There's a reason for that, excellent service and reasonable pricing. Our experience has been nothing but positive+, straightforward, honest explanations and prices for services rendered. I've been recommending Kenton Tire for years. In a society full of shady, underhanded businesses/repair shops, it is more than refreshing to be able to go somewhere that you can trust and feel confident you are being treated right. Shout-out to all the personnel I've had the pleasure of dealing with for the past 20 years plus.”

4039 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati OH 45211
“Went there to get two used front tires and Gary the owner was nothing but extremely nice to us! We found out that the tires had the special locking lug nuts, which we had no idea they were on there, and after searching my mom's car, we found the key. The two guys worked quickly to change out the tires and then they even put new lug nuts on the 2 back tires so that we wouldn't have to worry about the key again! These guys are great and they were super friendly! Great pricing on used tires and I don't even think they charged me for the other lug nuts! Support small business whenever you can! I highly recommend West Side Tire to everyone! Thank you Gary!”

10510 Norbotten Drive, Florence KY 41042
“I had gotten my tire stolen off my car in the middle of the night, rim, lug nuts, everything. My mom recommended me here since this is where she had her tires replaced. I called them asking if they had my specific tire and rim size and they gave me names and phone numbers of all the nearby salvage yards I could grab a temporary replacement at. With their help and them offering to put the tire and rim I found on for $45 I was able to get it replaced the same day. I only spent $160 when insurance guaranteed I would have to pay 2k and the dealership I got the car from would have also charged more. These guys really helped me out and made sure I had a working car and even gave me a life expectancy on the salvaged tire tread. I definitely plan on coming back here to get my tires and breaks replaced. They helped me out when I really needed it and were very empathetic about my situation. I cannot recommend these guys enough!”
