Took my son’s mountain bike in for a small repair Saturday morning . The staff worked on the bike while I was there and made some adjustments to the cables. 10 minutes later bike was fixed and they told me no charge. Wonderful people. Happy 10 year old with a fixed bike. Thanks!

Very happy with our experience here as we were looking for a mountain bike for our son.
Micah greeted us swiftly when we first came in and was great in explaining everything to me and my son about the bike he was interested in, along with a similar bike with some more features.
We ended up returning the next day after mulling it over to make our final purchase.
Micah was there again to assist us with the purchase and financing.
We're very happy with the great service and the bike and would recommend the store to anyone looking for a great mountain bike with great service to go along with it.

We bought new step through Trek bikes for my wife and myself. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and took time to adjust the bikes for each of us. Great customer service.

Micah at Trek Bicycle Ft. Wright was very kind and understanding over the phone and invited me to stop on by. I had a rear flat and Bontrager computer glitch. When I walked through the door, they immediately went to work on my bike, fixed everything and sent me on my way with no charge... excepting a new bicycle pump which I love. Thank you for the five-star service.

The staff at Trek Bicycle Fort Wright, KY recently provided me with exceptional service. I brought in my 38 year old mountain bike which had been improperly serviced by a local competitor. The technician quickly identified the issues and repaired my bike in the time promised with no hidden up-charges. My bike is now safe, rides and shifts smoothly and will easily last me another 30+ years. I will absolutely only use this shop in the future for all my biking needs.
