This happened two days ago, and I can only imagine that Isaac from the review before me is the same employee I’m talking about (not sure though). I chose three items to purchase, went to the register, and the cashier—who had just checked someone out—completely ignored me to yell and curse at a younger employee. He then walked off, leaving me standing there like I wasn’t even there. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything.
People talk about how this location keeps going downhill, and now I understand why. Do you actually train your employees, or do you just tell them what time to show up?

The cashier Issac was very rude when I was there last night he has a really bad attitude and I don’t think I’ll ever be back there any time soon

Surprised by all the negative reviews. Multiple visits: never had a problem with any of the staff or the quality of food they prepped.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Walk in to order a milkshake walk up to the ice cream counter and there is a young man behind the counter eating a slice of pizza he looks at me and tells me I need to use the kiosk we don’t take orders directly anymore he continues to chomp down on his pizza, then lick his fingers. At that point, I decided that I will not return to this location not only is it the worst way to service a customer, but it’s also unsafe and unsanitary practice to be eating and licking your fingers and then turn around and touching people‘s food that you’re going to serve them is absolutely disgusting.

There is nothing I look forward to after an intense leg day more than a cookie's n cream malt from UFD. Untill today ....I limped in to get the usual and noticed that this location does not have cookie's n cream ice cream anymore?! There was none behind the glass (not even an empty spot). It wasn't even an option on the kiosk you order from. If you bring back cookie's n cream I will change my review 5 stars. Until then I'll be going to DQ.

Ordered a shake extra thick and had to pay extra for it just for it to still come out the consistency of milk, should have read the other peoples reviews before ordering, worst thing is they stopped taking orders and you have to use the kiosk which is honestly pathetic, will not be coming back to this location ever again, their other locations are way better especially the one off Dixie highway

Half the time I go to this store for ice cream I end up leaving empty handed. Tonight, the employee clearly just didn't feel like serving us. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location needs to make changes.

Was there at 5 am. They opened at 5.01 am. Enough said. The workers were literally there just walking around like they didn't want to answer the door. If you're too scared to work at a store. Quit. That's all.

Stopped for a little snack. Doors were locked. Employees were visibly in there but..they were closed. It was around 11:10. Door sign says 1am, Google says 1am. 🙄
