Most unprofessional people ove ever encountered ask for help.get attitude and deer in the headlights looks made att look stupid as hell was thinking about coming back but after this store on jet in frankfort kentucky I will stay with Verizon o csnt deal with stupid people and people that immediately tell you they can't do anything for you

Went there x4 and tried to get my G mail set up and each time they said it was fixed and the young man told me on the 4th time he could not fix it. ???????

In the past, I always dreaded coming to ATT mostly because of the wait, and I usually left more confused than when I came in. Not so with this branch. Staff is expedient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are also patient, which I admire.

Alec at the AT&T store on Jett Blvd in Frankfort, KY was especially nice, helpful, & explained switching from T-mobile to AT&T in detail. He made the switch for us flawlessly. I would highly recommend working with him.

I just want to give a big thank you to justin at the frankfort AT&T (east side) as we have been givin the run around for 3 months with our phones, and plans. needless to say justin was able to get it all squared away, along with helping us get a new phone! He really truly cares about helping his customers, and we greatly appreciate that. thank you so much! ♥️ he went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience possible. He was patient, and professional by all means!

Worked on wifes phone couldnt figure out the issue referred ro geek squad in lexington at best buy. Prefer going to cooperate stores from now on not franchise or sattelite stores like this one
