“I took my Buick in and thought they would have to replace the entire wire harness (this was my diagnosis not a mechanic's) he quickly located the issue and fixed the SUV within two days for a huge fraction of the cost that I had figured I would end up paying. Our A/C went out while on vacation. Temps were in the mid to high 90°s. We stopped in, explained our situation, and they took a look at the car right away. A few hours later we were back on the road with our A/C restored. Thank you, thank you, thank you Goodyear Frankfort, KY. You were our saviors!”
“Our car broke down just as we pulled into the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. We called Rodney, and he relayed his sympathy, recalling the story from when he was a small child, and his father breaking down. He helped us get a tow truck and immediately worked on the vehicle to determine what was needed. The next morning, he had it fixed within one hour of having the part. Great service, really friendly people and a credit to the auto repair industry.

I went to the dealership before going here where they charged $150 for inspection and tried to upsell me on a bunch of things. Will definitely be back if I have any car issues in the future.
