They have horrible customer service, I was left on hold with no one picking up for 20 minutes, I hung up and called back and repeated 3 times and still no response from anyone, their workers are selfish and rude, they also be doing everything they can to make extra money out of you

I have always had a good experience...but cannot get them to send me a paper invoice. Always have to call and give info over phone.
