Horrible customer service. Don't let your kids drop something and it spill out or they'll come tell you you can't open things and act like you're trying to steal and then talk about it as you walk out after deciding now to spend your money there. At least have slight sense of professionalism.

The Five Below in the Frankfort Square at 1303 Hwy 127 Frankfort Ky. has the nicest workers that I have come across in a long time. Four different employees helped me with different questions that I had. One walked up front to get me the bathroom keys and another brought a ladder and got something that was too high for me to reach. Each one of them were so kind and polite. It made my day! Kindness means so much in a world that is very often unkind.

Not a bad store to pick up a few quick items, a little bit of everything phone accessories kids toys, candy,paper products, art supplies, T-shirts, and more however five below is not five dollars below they can get quite pricey there. A lot of items are more than 5 dollars. Stores are normally clean employees are friendly and helpful. Some have restrooms available and some don’t.

Interesting place but not a place I'd go to frequently. Bought a camping chair for $7. Excited about it. The chair would have been better for a child, not an adult. Save your $$ and don't buy camping chairs there or better yet go visit Dick's Sporting Goods, which is right down the street, to get your camping chairs.

I wish I had more time to explore this one, it's a bigger store than in my city. I went in to find tarot cards, and the staff showed me right to the area where they were. Unfortunately, I already owned the deck on display. This store has way more selections than the one in my hometown. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely go back!

This store is very well up-kept clean and tidy very well lit and organized they also keep it very stocked depending on the day and the time the store is fully packed their throughput equals to a gas station through put which is pretty impressive for a five below they have more customers at a five below then they do at a dollar store or a Family Dollar again impressive customer service is good Employees seem to be very busy or at least working on my most places you just see them standing around But they’re there to help if needed and will stop what they’re doing employees are also very friendly and outgoing which is actually nice to see all and all four stars dang near perfect

Not sure what happened between visits...but won't be back. Store was dirty and smelled (hope it was just a sewer issue...). Seemed this trip to be more of a kids store, lots of toys. Can't even recommend for particular items

I like the cheap products, similar to Wish or Temu, but the checkout experience was awqward! They have You-scans, but only one or two open and an associate does it for you. They should make up their mind which they want to do. Waiting in line surrounded by You-scan registers sucks!
