“I found this Frankfort location fuel center by Kroger to be in line with my expectations. My only negative conclusion is it's hard to find from the main road. Is not easily visible from the main road. But otherwise everything else is exactly as I would expect from a Kroger fuel center.”

“Reviewing this Shell and Dev Patel in general - this fellow hires good people. Along with this Shell, he runs a logistics company that delivers for Fed Ex, Shyona Transport. I had chewy delivered today and I was too firm with the driver about it being delivered to the house and not the top of the hill; driver was a total professional and carried the heavy box all the way to the house. Wish I'd been softer with him - wish I'd offered him water; he'd already had a rough day by the way he accidentally got in the grass - he deserves all the kudos and I'm trying to get them to Mr. Patel anyway I can in hopes that he will pass them on to his top notch driver and better human than me.
Five stars for the Shell too - pay at pump always works and I never have to go inside to pay if I don't want to : )”

Great stock inside. A little dirty, but not too bad. Not sure of industrial cleanliness of drink machines. Food area closed when we arrived (not a problem, just can't rate that)”

“Stopped here off interstate 64 for a quick gas fill and potty stop. The people working were friendly and seemed to know several of the customers. Lots of variety in the store from the Beer Cave, huge candy aisle,to a fried grill. The restroom was clean but no soap, which would make it impossible for the all female staff to properly wash their hands. When I pointed out that the ladies' room had no soap the cashier seemed aware of the problem.”
