“Fantastic service and value. I needed some lumber cut for weird sized bed slats. The guy figured out the cheapest way to get it and they cut it to size, 15 minutes from entering the door to being loaded. Plus they're dog friendly.”
“When the blower motor on my son's just-out-of-warranty furnace quit working, Ashley Blankenship, at Ferguson of Frankfort, Kentucky, was not only quick to help, but made sure that the non-OEM part that she had in stock would replace my son's faulty motor. After giving her what information that I had about his furnace and explaining to her that he, his wife, and newborn son were holed up in one room using a space heater for survival, Ashley made a few calls to ensure the best part, best price, and fastest delivery to my son two-and-a-half hours away.
The next afternoon the part was at my son's house, his repairman quickly arrived and in less than ten minutes–all was well!

“I’m confused by negative reviews so I looked at the most recent and that Wainscott dude is a “serial negative reviewer” for any business he goes to which tells me a lot about his character. Just look at his other business reviews…. And why would he leave a negative only to go back and leave another negative? Strange to say the least. Lyons is great…. One of the rare places that actually take care of the customer and do they quality work and stand by any product they sell. I purchase all my equipment from Lyons and have been going there for 9 years. I can honestly say that Lyons Lumber bends over backward for the customer..”

The customer service desk on the other side is always rude, not willing to come up with a solution, and I always end up at the pro services desk and they always solve the problem that the customer service desk claims couldn't be solved.”
