“I did the app reservation, but when I called Tread Pro, I was helped thru the process. It was fairly easy and convenient, being it was a sunday, my only day off, so the place would be closed. Thanks to the app, it worked out perfectly. Locate your truck. Take some pics to verify that it's the correct truck by license plate or top right of the truck would be an identification number specific to that truck. Check in and get your code for the lock. Get your keys and go. Return keys and truck when finished. Return truck in the app, and you're done.”
