“Erica was extremely helpful in assisting me in handling many different things regarding my storage unit. I’ve been using the Frankfort site for as long as they’ve been in the current location and I’ve seen many property managers come and go. But Erica is by far the best one hands down”
“Kentucky State made the students pack up every break so this storage facility became a necessity. Missy Clark and her staff was wonderful at accomodating our needs both in size and financially. The 4 years here was perfect.”
“The receptionist was very helpful and got us taken care of in no time at all. I would recommend this storage place to anyone. The best part is they are climate controlled.”
“Top notch customer service! Very reasonable priced and easy to work with. Missy has been fantastic from the start! Due to an issue on move in with another tenant vacating on time the 10x20 unit was unavailable so they provided 2 10x10 units at the same cost for the last ~2.5 years. I am finally moving out and was worried about shady cancellation practices like any other place. It took 1 text to Missy and I already got the confirmation email to confirm move out. Overall very happy with the price and value given by the facility. If I need another storage solution I will be back!”
“This is the best storage center I have ever used. The staff here are absolutely amazing, understanding, and friendly. I have had my things in storage with them for a year and a half and they have continued to be kind and very easy to get ahold of the whole time.”

“Everything went smoothly except not being able to unload on Sunday. That caused me to pay an extra day for the U-Haul truck. Thank you for being there for my quick move!!”
