“Moving today was a terrible experience with the movers I hired. I had to hurry and get a storage unit to keep my stuff from getting broken. I was able to get online get a storage unit and go straight there and start moving in. I had called central office to make sure everything was correct and that it would be a smooth process because all of my family was just about to their breaking points. I was so impressed by the help I received they verified that everything was in order and we were good to go. They told me to call back if I had any problems. Later I received a call just to also verify everything and to assure me that it would be smooth. I appreciate each and everyone one of you especially the guy in central office because I was crying when he had to deal with me. “My grandparents ran this place for over 25 years. They treated every customer as if they were family. They worked very hard until their retirement, and the passing of my nana. They were so proud of their work and all the new people they got to meet and new friends they made. Since they left, missy and Katie took over, and katie has done an amazing job carrying on the legacy left by my grandparents. I had a friend in a bad situation and I called katie and she immediately helped her! That place will always be near and dear to my heart. So many memories.”
