Self Storage Center 1 (East Frankfort) is conveniently located on 421 or Leestown Road. It offers both climate and non-climate drive-up storage with 24-hour access. The facility is safe, clean, dry, and smooth without incident. The staff is kind, supportive, extremely helpful, courteous, nice, knowledgeable, and responsive. They make reservations easy and are always very accommodating, providing great service. The location is an excellent storage facility and a great place to protect items.
Missy and Lisa are very easy to talk to, they answer the phone or will text when you call. They work with you if possible. They treat everyone fairly and are kind, professional and accommodating..
