“Top notch customer service! Very reasonable priced and easy to work with. Missy has been fantastic from the start! Due to an issue on move in with another tenant vacating on time the 10x20 unit was unavailable so they provided 2 10x10 units at the same cost for the last ~2.5 years. I am finally moving out and was worried about shady cancellation practices like any other place. It took 1 text to Missy and I already got the confirmation email to confirm move out. Overall very happy with the price and value given by the facility. If I need another storage solution I will be back!”

I was able to set up auto pay, easily move to a smaller unit when it suited my needs better, and the pricing is definitely more fair compared to the big name places. “Wow!! This location saved the day and I was super impressed with the facility and the condition of their trucks.
After a scheduling disaster with three different Frankfort, KY locations, this Versailles location hit a home run with their customer service, knowledge, and professionalism.
I will not hesitate to use them in the future, even with the added miles.
Their truck was in much better cosmetic condition than the Frankfort stock.
It ran perfectly and had very cold AC.”
